Fees & deadlines

The registration portal will be open on June 15th.

• Each paper requires at least one registration
• Each attendee can present one paper at most
  
• All presenters must register by 10 August 2026
  
• The early-bird registration deadline for all attendees (including non-authors) is 10 August 2026

Registration periods

  •  Early Bird: 15 June 2026 → 10 August 2026
  •  Regular: 11 August 2026 → 29 September 2026

* Student Fee
You are eligible for the student fee if you are a student (Bachelor, Master, or PhD). If you register as a student, you may be asked to provide proof of student status during registration.

The registration fee includes the Welcome Reception and the Gala Dinner.

Accompanying person will only have access to the social events (registration subject to availability):
– Welcome Reception: € 60
– Gala Dinner: € 160

If the organizers cancel the conference, participants will be fully refunded.

Université Gustave Eiffel cannot be held responsible for interruption or cancellation due to external events (political, social, transport strikes, economic, public health, or other events beyond their control/force majeure).

No refund is possible, except with prior agreement from the conference organizing committee.

The organizing committee must be notified in writing of cancellation of registration. Please send possible changes for registrations and cancellations by email:

•  Full refund for cancellations received before 15 August 2025.
•  Partial refund (50€ fee) for cancellations received before 30 August 2025.
•  No refunds for cancellations received after 30 August 2025.

Participants invited by the scientific chair do not pay registration fees.

  •  Individual registrations: payment by bank transfer or online payment (an invoice can be sent upon request).

  •  Registrations via purchase order (bon de commande): Registration fees may be paid by an organization. A purchase order must be issued to:
