Podium presentations:
Podium presenters should prepare a clear and focused talk for a broad hEART audience. Please introduce the research question, explain why it matters, and highlight the main scientific contribution before moving into technical details.
Unless otherwise communicated by the session chair or organizing team, each podium paper should be planned as a 20-minute presentation followed by 10 minutes of discussion.
Please note that hEART does not have a specific PowerPoint template, so you are welcome to use your own format.
Poster presentations:
This year, we are introducing a new format for poster sessions. Instead of organizing large poster sessions separately from podium sessions, posters will be integrated into the parallel-session structure.
Each poster session will include a maximum of 8 posters, grouped around a coherent topic that is different from the podium sessions running in parallel. The aim is to create a more focused and comfortable environment for discussion, giving poster presenters more time and visibility and allowing participants interested in a specific topic to engage more deeply with the presenters. In this sense, these poster sessions can be seen as an additional thematic session running alongside the podium sessions, but with a more interactive format. Posters will be mounted and changed during breaks.
Poster presenters are responsible for printing their posters and bringing them to the conference. Posters should be prepared in A0 portrait format: 84.1 cm × 118.9 cm / 33.1 in × 46.8 in. Boards and mounting materials will be provided on-site.
At least one author must remain by the poster during the assigned session.
